Cell Cycle Simulator

In this interactive Biology activity, you’ll connect ideas like the cell cycle, mitosis, and cancer. Run your own mini lab for cell division. Drop starter cells onto the screen, press play, and watch cells progress through the stages of the cell cycle. Speed time up (1x, 2x, 5x) to see patterns faster, pause to take notes, or use the “Electron Zap” tool to remove cells and test ideas. A live population graph shows how the number of cells changes as division continues, and an activity log records key events so you don’t miss anything. Key Features: - Click‑to‑place cells and control the simulation with play/pause - Variable speeds (1x/2x/5x) to explore short and long runs - “Zap” tool to remove cells and see how that affects growth - Real‑time population graphing to track trends over time - Event log to help you connect actions to outcomes
