Protein synthesis is a sequence of steps that has to happen in order, and it is easy to learn the words without seeing how one stage feeds the next. This game puts you inside the process: find the promoter, read the template strand base by base, splice the transcript, carry it out of the nucleus, then match tRNAs to codons at the ribosome.
